In our efforts to remain innovative and to meet the time-sensitive demands of our clients, FCR LLC offers competitive Outplacement and Career Coaching Services on a retained basis. Our goal is to work with the candidate in a highly professionally and confidential manner as they transition to a new employer. For those clients that retain our services we will:

  • Execute a signed contract reflecting the terms and conditions of the outplacement and career coaching services.
  • Work with the employee for a period of three months to assist them through the career transition and to address aspects of the job search process where they may need support.
  • Provide weekly support during the 90 day transition period. That support will include our in-person and telephone interviews with the employee as well as the following:
    • Help prepare a professionally written resume that may require tailoring for specific opportunities. We will provide a Microsoft word version for their personal use.
    • Assist them on job search techniques to include a check-list of tasks as they go through the transition and search process;
    • Assist them to develop a cover letter which highlights their achievements and strengths;
    • Help them update their LinkedIn profile and assist them if they elect to post their resumes on-line.
    • Prepare them for telephone and/or face-to-face interviews and debrief them after their interviews;
    • Help them write thank you emails and letters; and
    • Assisting them as they negotiate their new position which may include assisting them with a decision matrix and/or discussions on salary, bonus, equity, benefits and/or relocation packages.
