We continue to grow and have immediate needs for Search Consultants and Account Executives. In our staffing model, we hire Search Consultants and develop them into Account Executives. With this proven model our team members experience career growth and higher income potential.

  • Search Consultants have outgoing personalities and a can-do attitude. No previous experience in recruiting is required, but previous sales experience is very helpful. We seek team players with a passion to develop their career and a willingness to work on the telephone as much as three to four hours a day. A working knowledge of Word and Excel is required and the completion of a four year college program, preferably in marketing, is very helpful.

    Duties & Responsibilities: Recruit, qualify and present candidates for open positions provided to you by an Account Executive.

    Compensation: : Base salary plus aggressive commission structure. Realistic first year total compensation is $50 to $60K. Realistic second year total compensation to $70k plus!

    Training & Growth Opportunities:You will actively participate in the leading training program within the staffing industry. Growth opportunities include advancement to Sr. Search Consultant, Account Executive, Sr. Accounting Executive and corporate management.

    Rewards: In addition to outstanding earnings, successful Search Consultants may earn trips to exotic ports-of-call throughout the world.

  • Account Executive requires a minimum of two years of experience as a Search Consultant and the achievement of Pacesetter, the designation for the top 10% of all Search Consultants and Accounting Executives within in the MRI system. You will have proven your passion for career development will be adept at working in a team environment and will easily work four hours a day on the telephone. You will be an expert with Word, Excel and the Internet.

    Duties & Responsibilities: Identify job openings with new and existing clients and then recruit, screen, qualify and present candidates for open positions. In other words, you will make the deal happen!

    Compensation: Base salary plus aggressive commission structure. Realistic first year total compensation $60 to $80k. Realistic second year total compensation from $60k to $100k or more. Your income will only be limited by your work ethic and attention to detail.

    Training & Growth Opportunities: You will continue to actively participate in the leading training program within the staffing industry. Growth opportunities include advancement to Sr. Account Executive, Team Leader and corporate management.
